The Sailor Jacket is a naturally technical outer layer crafted with a charcoal dyed linen / washi weather cloth from Japan. 40 count linen yarn is used in the warp and washi paper in the weft, woven at maximum density for a crisp, textured hand feel that softens with age. Wrinkles, rubbing, fading, unevenness, and surface shading are created by dyeing a highly dense fabric in small kettles using traditional techniques. Construction features include a convertible stand collar, double YKK zipper, hidden welt pockets, and fully self-lined front.
