Online Return Policy

We offer Refund or Exchange on Regular Price Items, within 14 Days of your Online Purchase - Provided all original tags remain on and the garment is unworn, damaged or altered. Please contact us via email for a Return Authorization before returning your purchase.

Shipping and Duties charges - Are non-refundable and duties charges are the customers responsibility.

Missing or Damaged Shipment- LEO Boutique is not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged shipments/items.

Sale Items- All merchandise marked as sale or reduced is considered a clearance item and is a Final Sale. Use of a Discount / Promo Code is also considered Final Sale.

Price Adjustments / Price Matching - Purchases made before sale markdowns are ineligible for price adjustments. Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot applied retroactively. LEO Boutique does not offer price matching with other retailers, nor can we adjust prices after an order is finalized.

Shoes- We do not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes. We recommend trying them on only on carpet, for a very limited time, and inspecting them for marks before attempting to send them back. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition (not bent or damaged in anyway).
Jewelry- Due to hygiene issues, all Jewelry purchases are final.
Undergarments - Due to hygiene issues, all undergarment purchases are final.
Hats - Due to hygiene issues, hats/headwear are final.
Fragrance & Apothecary - All fragrances, candles, deodorant and apothecary purchases are final.
