We offer Exchange or Refund on Regular Price Items, within 14 Days of Online Purchase - Provided all original tags remain on and the garment is unworn, damaged or altered. Please contact us for a Return Authorization before returning your purchase.
Shipping and Duties charges - Are non-refundable and return shipping and duties charges are the customers responsibility. Prior to Return the customer must obtain a Return Authorization via email.
Damaged or incomplete shipments - Please contact us immediately should your shipment arrive damaged or incomplete so we can complete the missing items or issue a return authorization.
Missing Shipment- Should your shipment not arrive by the estimated time please contact us so we can track the package.
Sale Items- All merchandise marked as sale or reduced is considered a clearance item and is a Final Sale. Use of a Discount Codes is Not considered Final Sale
Shoes- We do not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes. We recommend trying them on only on carpet, for a very limited time, and inspecting them for marks before attempting to send them back. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition (not bent or damaged in anyway).
