Online Return Policy

We accept returns on regular-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached. A Return Authorization is required before sending anything back—please contact us by email to begin the process.

Shipping fees, duties, and import charges are non-refundable. 

International Orders, Duties & Import Fees

For all shipments leaving Canada, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges applied by their local customs authority. These fees are not collected by us at checkout and may be due at the time of delivery.

U.S. Orders

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated its de minimis threshold. This means all shipments to the United States—regardless of order value—may be assessed duties, taxes, and clearance fees when entering the country.

  • We include the required HS codes and origin documentation with every international shipment.
  • Delivery timelines can be extended due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
  • For the most accurate information, we recommend contacting U.S. Customs or your local import office directly.

Please note: Import fees are set by the destination country and cannot be predicted or reimbursed by us.

Refused Shipments

If a customer declines to pay the required import charges and the package is returned to us, the order will be refunded minus:

  • A 15% restocking fee, and
  • Any original shipping charges, which are non-refundable.


Holiday Gift Exchange Policy

Items purchased as Christmas gifts on or after November 4 may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 4, provided they are regular-priced, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please note at checkout that the item is being purchased as a Christmas gift for a Gift Receipt.


Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale and markdown merchandise

  • Purchases made using discount or promo codes

  • Jewelry

  • Undergarments

  • Hats and headwear

  • Fragrance, apothecary, candles, and deodorant


Shoes

Footwear must be returned in new condition, free of scuffs or wear. We strongly recommend trying shoes on carpet and inspecting them before returning. All shoe returns must include the original shoebox, undamaged.


Price Adjustments & Price Matching

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward.
We do not offer price matching with other retailers.


Missing, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
