Shipping charges - Are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. Prior to Return the customer must obtain a Return Authorization via phone or email.
Damaged or incomplete shipments - Please contact us immediately should your shipment arrive damaged or incomplete so we can complete the missing items or issue a return authorization.
Missing Shipment- Should your shipment not arrive by the estimated time please contact us so we can track the package and issue a refund if it is deemed necessary.
Clearance Items- All merchandise sold at discount is considered a clearance item. And is a Final Sale
Shoes- We do not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes. We recommend trying them on only on carpet, for a very limited time, and inspecting them for marks before attempting to send them back. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition (not bent or damaged in anyway).
Jewelry- Due to hygiene issues, all Jewelry purchases are final.
Undergarments - Due to hygiene issues, all undergarment purchases are final.
How to Return Your Order:
Domestic Orders- Please return the items via Canada Post Express Post service and hold on to your receipt and tracking number for reference. In the box please indicate your reason for return, or if you would like an exchange, please indicate the size you need.
US Orders- Please return the items via USPS Priority Parcel service and hold on to your receipt and tracking number for reference. In the box please indicate your reason for return, or if you would like an exchange, please indicate the size you need.
